ATI2010 Bootable Rescue Media does not detect my 2nd SATA hard disk
Hello,
I'm using the final version of ATI 2010 (Build 5055). When I boot from the rescue media cd (self created with "Bootable Rescue Media Builder") my 2nd SATA drive is not recognized. The "Safe version" of the rescue media detects my 2nd SATA drive, but then all the usb-drives are missing. (I've also tried out some safe media command switches, but without success)
The problem also occurs, when I use ATIs full restore function from Windows OS: After starting the restore task, ATI tells me to reboot the system. After reboot ATI can not start the restore process, because the TIB-file is located on the 2nd SATA drive.
I had exact the same problem with ATI Version 11, but when I contacted the Acronis support and sent some logfiles to them, they fixed the problem in V11.0.8105. (Trouble Ticket No. [Acronis #1161856])
Does anybody have an idea on that problem? Or could someone from the support please get in contact with me?
Thanks in advance.

Hello Alexander,
thank you for providing a special version of the rescue media.
Unfortunately it does not detect my 2nd SATA drive. (I've tried every option in the boot menue.)
My hard disks are connected to a VIA SATA controller with four connectors:
SATA 1 connector => 1rst HDD
SATA 2 connector => empty
SATA 3 connector => empty
SATA 4 connector => 2nd HDD
If you need an Acronis System Report of my computer, please tell me an email address where I can send it.

ATI 2010 boot disk does not recognize second hard disk, but ATI v10 boot disk does it.
ATI 2010.6053 Plus Pack backups one hard disk on another without any problems. But to recover from this backup impossible.
So for Win7 I still use ATI v.10 boot disk for backup and recovery.
