ATI2015 build 6613 + SnapAPI build 2483 + Windows 10 + bitlocker

Reading release notes of ATI2015 build6613 I see that problem with bitlocker and sector by sector backup is still not resolved. What I need to know is if SnapAPI driver build 2483 needed to resolve this issue in previous builds is compatible with ATI build 6613 and Windows 10 with bitlocker enabled.
