ATI2015 Rescue Media not supporting NVIDIA GeForce GT 620 graphics card
Dell Inspiron 660 desktop PC Windows 8.1 64 bit with NVIDIA GeForce GT 620.
Previously on ATI2014 I could boot from rescue media OK (CD or USB Flash Drive).
With ATI 2015 builds 5539 and now 6613 I have been unable to boot properly from rescue media. From the initial menu I select ATI2015, then after the screen listing the Patents, Acronis Loading Please Wait is displayed, then the screen goes and remains just blank about the time I normally see a brief message about no RAID discs and after a while the CD drive powers down (this happens using CD created from downloaded rescue media ISO image file, and this CD boots OK on an older Acer laptop)
I have at last found that if I plug the monitor into the video port on the motherboard instead of the graphics card and boot again then it does work, so it appears that ATI 2015 Rescue Media does not support this graphics card, but 2014 build 6673 did.

I resolved a similar issue - thanks to hint regarding checking screen resolution.
But there is more to it than screen resolution.
I had a similar issue on Windows Vista Ultimate with NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 video card. True Image 2015 will start but I could only see the outer lines of its windows, with no buttons/content being visible. I tried lowering resolution down to 800x600 (and other resolutions) but no change in status.
*** What worked: I changed from 32 bit color to 16 bit color - see "Color "drop-down next to screen resolution scroll bar. (You can also do the same under screen resolution --> Advanced Settings --> List all video modes (or something like that)). On my system, I have tried with higher resolutions upto 1600x1200. On my system, True Image 2015 displays fine at higher resolutions as long as I choose 16bit color.

Thanks for both replies.
Jay, unfortunately all my listed available video modes are all 32 bit colour.
