ATIH-11. Setting Task to Back up "My Data" causes MS reportable error & shutdown. "My Computer" Back up OK.

Thread needs solution

Running True Image 11 Home. I've been making differential back ups of disk partitions for 4 months now with no problems. The back up process was created using the "Task Wizard" (Management Tools --> Manage Tasks --> Create New Task --> Back up --> My Computer).
When I attempt the same process, but substituting "My Data" for "My Computer", the "Source Files Selection" window opens and within 1 second an overlaying Microsoft error window appears stating "Acronis True Image has encountered a problem and needs to close...... Please tell Microsoft about this problem....."
I sent the automatic report and tried again. Same problem. Tried again after a re-boot - same problem. The Error Signatue information in the message is AppName: trueimage.exe AppVer: 11.0.0.8101 ModName: backupscriptengine.dll ModVer: 1.0.19.0 Offset: 0014e878.

Can you please recall if you have installed any new programs when Acronis True Image 11 Home started crashing? Do you have a lot of files in those folders? What types of files are they?

To resolve this issue, can you please create a Dr. Watson Crash Dump and collect the AcronisInfo report. Please send me a PM with the 2 attached. These reports will tell us why the software is crashing.
