ATiH 2010: Try&decide (on Win7) not working

Thread needs solution

Hi,

here's my problem: I need to do a reboot while using Try&Decide. With Try&decide still running i do the reboot. (It is required by some SW installations). After the reboot, ATiH2010 enters a screen where you can choose to continue in T&D or to abort it. Obviously, one would have to continue when your aim is to test the new SW. Choosing this will, however, leads to another reboot, with the same dialogue. Only way out is to abort the T&D.

As this happened on a Win7 (release version) installation, I do not really know if this is a new error due to the OS or some other issue. Has anyone had the same problem?

[I noticed that in  Post 3772 (which is Italian and therefore ignored) a similar problem is reported, but I can not tell if it is the same or not because my Italian is too bad.]

Some details: I am using a Boot drive (Drive #0) with a total of 1 TB, partitioned with three Primary partitions C:167, D:743, unused :20 GB. I am using drive E: for the T&D device (which is on another Drive, #1) also partitioned with three (logical) partitions. All HD's are freshly checkdsk'd. I also have an acronis safe partition on yet another drive, but I'm not using this for backups or for T&D, only for emergency recovery (which works fine.)

Tell me a miracle: you know a way to correct this...
