ATIH-2014 Allows Windows to Sleep/Hibernate DURING a Validation

Thread needs solution

I think this has always been a bug, in prior versions.

If I create a backup task and set the schedule options to NOT allow ATIH to "Hibernate or Sleep" - and also to WAKE from an existing Hibernate/Sleep - the "backup phase" executes properly without Winodws going into sleep mode.

However, if the task option is ALSO set to VALIDATE after saving a backup, and Windows POWER OPTIONS is set up to Sleep/Hibernate after a defined time out - Windows DOES enter Sleep/Hibernate "in the middle of a Validation", even before the combined save/validate task has ended.

For some reason, the ATIH ability to hold off Sleeping is limited to ONLY the file saving phase - and then lapses once the file is saved - Then it sleeps anytime after that (depending on power setting and user activity), before the file Validation is completed.

This means that a backup task can take quite some time, perhaps days or weeks, to finally finish with this "Narcolepsy" going on. In fact, no other fresh disk backups can be performed, until the entire Validation is eventually completed. The only good news - it seems that the user can wake Windows from sleep/hibernate mode, and ATIH resumes the Validation, without crashing.
That is not a safe way of keeping the file backups current!

Really, the ATIH Sleep/Hibernate prevention should also be programmed to work during Validation - currently, in 2014, it is not.
