ATIH 2014 - "An unknown error has occurred"

Hi,
I've installed the trial version of 2014 and when I click on the "Backup and Recovery" tab, and then click "Disk and partition backup" I get the error: "An unknown error has occurred".

I'm actually trying to restore an image that was backed up with ATIH 2009, but the error happens way before I select any archives. It also seems to happen when I try to navigate to a specific archive.

Any thoughts?
