ATIH2012 upgrade does not accept ATIH9 serial number
Hi,
I bought an upgrade version of ATIH2012. When I enter my serial number it asks for the serial number of my old product. When I enter the code of my ATIH9 the "next" button stays disabled and I cannot proceed with the installation process.
I already checked that an upgrade from ATIH9 to ATIH2012 is ok. I opened a ticket @ Acronis one week ago - no reaction - zero support.
Anybody having the same problem? Or even better - anybody knows a solution? :-)

With the trial version work around you don't need to enter the old serial number, just the trial version serial number and then the upgrade or full 2012 number.

I did need to enter the old serial number. It was exactly the same screen.
Otherwise everyone could get the full version for the upgrade price right?

One day later: One week ago I opened a ticket @ Acronis. Today they sent me a new serial number with their apologies being late. So I'm happy now.

When I launch Accronis 12 it says my trial version has expired, but I have the full version. When I enter my password it won't accept it? What do I need to do?
