Authentication Issue on incremental backup

Thread needs solution

Hi, I have a USB ext HD connected on network and have completed a incremental backup. The Full backup completed ok but then after 2nd day of the incremental stage...i get errors and the backup wont complete.

I would like a tech support person to remote in and look at this issue and yes I am a corporate customer as well.

Ok I have done the system report and taken 2 screenshots to add to my first post.

I have deleted the first backup scheme and trying a new one called differential...instead of incremental...
also I right clicked on the Acronis Icon and tried run as admin.

I really have no idea what else to do at this point. Any help would be great.

Event code: 0x000B03E9+0x0004000F+0x00040007+0x0000FFF0+0x80070003 <---This is the error that was generated.
