Back-up not to be found any where's
after making a back up it's not in the location where it was placed. I try to get a support number to call and they want me to pay. I have never got this version of acronis to work. I have owned it for almost 6 mounths and upset that I payed for something that does not work. I have installed it twice fresh and this time it still doesn't work. Can one of you acronis guys email me with the number so I can get this fix over the phone.

Bob,
Try using Windows search and search for
*.tib
and be sure that the disk containing the file is attached and included in the search.
If you are trying to find the backup file when booted from the recovery CD, the CD files system (Linux) uses different drive letters so you may have to use the included browse for backups to find the file as it may be stored differently than you expect.
Yes, the free support time period is set at 30 days from date of purchase. Other volunteers such as myself and others will attempt to help you find your backup.

Thank you both for your replyes!. Still think we should be able to make a phone call within a year of purchase. Anyways here what I found. The backup was made where it was placed but when booting from CD (Rescue Media Builder CD), It could not find it. The location was made on a backup that was on a USB3 External drive. Once I copyed the backup to a USB2 External drive it saw it. So is there problems with USB3 external drive and this software?
