Hello harleymhs,
most probably they were missed backups, machine was swtiched off when scheduled time came and that is why backups were started with the next system start. Please read more about scheduling options here.
Thank you.

Thanks for your reply.. I ran the the back up yesterday, and it ran totaly! then when I turned on the system it tan again this AM before the schedule time! if I add things to the folders that are being backed up, will it back up when the system turns on the next day or wait until the schedule back up time to do an incremental backup? thanks!

harleymhs,
Are you sure that the time points to AM and not PM?
Could you attach a copy of your task log to your next post?

Harley,
Recheck your photo. Note the check under Missed Backups. Uncheck this setting.
This could be similar to the response in post #2.
When this item is checked, the backup will begin after bootup if the backup has been missed or if the computer was turned during the backup time.
Is the computer connected to the internet all the time?

Hey Grover, The computer IS connected to the internet at all times, the reason that the MISSED back ups wasnt the issue was because the back up ran fully and then it was sceduled for MONDAY at 11:00 AM it ran once I booted up the system! It did a FULL back up the day before then I set it to RUN on Mondays at 11 AM.. So the question still is in tact, WHY would it RUN at 7:30 AM after it did the full back up the day before?? Now When i turned on the system today it didnt RUN.. Strange..
If I add more files to the back up folder will it ONLY back up on the scedule back up or will it RUN the next boot up being there are NEW files in there?
Thanks for ALL your help guys!

Harley,
Are you making changes to the backup task to get your various settings? If yes, the results can be unpredictable.
At this point, my suggestion would be to stop using this task and create a new backup task.
Create the task with all the correct settings and then do not make any further changes. Many of us have found that when a task need configuration changes, it is best to start over with a new task with the newer settings, We have found that making changes to old task is best avoided. Yes, the program allows for changes but the results are usually not what is expected and impossible to troubleshoot as you have no good starting point.
If you are wanting incremental type backups, then review link #2 below and set up a custom task as per illustration 11-Inc but change the 6 and 4 examples to fit your own needs. This type backup scheme will enable you to retain a rotation of backups with the oldest being deleted as per your setting of "keep x recent version chains.
This will give you a fresh starting point.
