Backing up to cloud

Thread needs solution

I have just downloaded Acronis True Image 2014 (without uninstalling the previous version)
The cloud back up setting appears to have been transferred from the previous version (I am just Backing up My Documents)
When I try to back up, The back up seemed to be running OK, but just at the of the backup process, a message came up "Reconnecting" This message did not go away.
I tried stopping and re-starting, I can't seem to get it to complete the backup
I have paid separately for cloud back up storage.

Problem solved. The new settings were all wrong
For example the original backup to the Cloud was only for My documents
The new downloaded file tried to back up the complete C drive
The original destination was to my purchased cloud storage
I think that the new downloaded file destination was a 1 MG free storage
I deleted the entire back up and started from scratch - a little annoying as the new back up took 4 1/2 hours
But at least it worked
