Backup in Acronis True Image Home 2010 problems

Thread needs solution

When I schedule a backup, it goes thru and at the end tells me that the backup completed with errors and there is no backup file.
When I use the non stop feature, it backs everything up but creates a problem with Adobe Acrobat 9 professional. When I click on Acrobat or any pdf file, the computer returns a blue screen and proceeds to re-boot.
When I try to do a manual backup, I get the same results as from a scheduled backup.
What can I do to get the program to backup.
When I look at the log file it shows the progress and shows the red errors.

What build ot TI2010 are you using?

Are thesefiles an dfolders backups or partition images?

What errors are lsited in the log if any?

When you say 'click on any PDF file and the PC reboots' is this from a mounted image, looking at an image from within Windows Explorer, or from within Windows itself?

If from within Windows, it seems more likley that you have a system problem.

Could you edit your post and transfer this thread to the True Image Home forum, as more people will see it there and hopefully you'll get more responses.
