"Backup and Recovery" tab blank -- ATI 2013

When I open "Status" for ATI 2013, I get a blank "Backup and Recovery" tab. I have four backup sets defined, including a non-stop backup.

Notification tray shows that a backup operation is active, and that Nonstop Backup is "Preparing to back up...". So clearly it knows about at least one of my backup sets. If I go to the gear icon and select "Explore All Backups" it pulls up results for one of my incremental backup sets. So it would seem that two out of the four backup sets defined are known to ATI.

But there's no way to view status of those backup sets, pull up logs, etc, because the "Backup and Recovery" tab shows nothing. Just a big white blank.

Anyone seen this and figured out a way to resolve it? Short of shelling out more money to Acronis for another equally (or moreso) buggy version?
