Backup button or backup tab missing in lower right corner of window

Thread needs solution

Let me begin by saying I'm disappointed at the level of customer support. I can't find anyone who can help. Even live chat is greyed out. Anyway, perhaps someone knows why the Backup button or backup tab missing in lower right corner of window. I wish to make a full backup but the button has gone missing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Acronis 2015. I'm Running Win 8.1 Pro on my desktop. Also, but not germane to the subject, I don't understand why I had to totally reactivate my product when I bought keys for 3 computers. Luckily I have a second computer to re-activate. I have attached a screenshot of the Acronis window. Thanks to anyone who has an answer.

Update: I have logged into my account and all my serial numbers are valid and apparently activated. I update to latest build from website (6613). I guess the reason everything is greyed out is my support time expired. Even live chat? If anyone knows how I can communicate with a company representative, or moderator please let me know. I have paid for a program and I would like to use it. Thank you.
