Backup calculates time without any end

When trying to make a full backup onto any disk (local or NAS) where are full backup is already present the only chance is to delete the backup physically from disk (for image and file backups) otherwise the program calculates the needed without any end and does not preceed - task manager shows no action on this task . Any solution? How can i change the name of the backup blabla.tib to xxx.tib ?

In order to fix the issue we need to know at what exact step the product gets stuck. Could you please share with us the information about: 

  1. Screenshot of the target location, and the amount of free space there, if there's already a full backup
  2. The approximate size of the data you're trying to backup
  3. Acronis Info from the problem machine
