.TIB is the file extension for Acronis True Image archive files. Yes, in read only, you can only read or copy the files.
In Windows you can double click on the file and browse it like Windows Explorer. This allows you to restore specific files or folders easily. To restore older versions, though, you will need to go through the restore operation from the main UI.

So if make a bkup now full c:/, in 3mos another full incremental, in 6mos another full incremental,... I will have 3 bkup tib files, so in each may have 1 version of a file total 3 versions...? Just like acronis backup software of year 2011-2013....?
Can I copy a version of a file in the old backup, not in the last backup? without restoring all full C:/...
