Backup Entire PC to Network with External eSata drive attached to PC

Thread needs solution

Reference: When I create a backUp using Entire PC to a network server and also have an external eSata drive attached to the PC.
The backup contains a combination of the PC and the External connected eSata drive. The eSata drive contains backups so the backup file size on the server is getting huge very fast. Example a C: drive with maybe 46GB is creating a backup file size of 565GB.
How do I eliminate backing up the backup eSata drive. while creating Entire PC to a network server?
Other words only back up C: drive not C: drive plus connected external eSata drive.

Entire PC backup is exactly that, a backup of all attached storage devices. To eliminate that you must perform a disk and partition backup and select only the disks and/or partitions you wish to backup.
