I am finding that the backup fails with tthe follwoing error:
Error reading the file. (0x40001)
Tag = 0x61F1883FE50B0A2F
(0x1003EB)
Tag = 0x14181C22EF45AC01
The system is a Toshiba TecraA8 runnignWindows XP SP3.
Acronis TrueImage Home 10 build 4942

The software is backing up to a NAS, when backing up the same files to a USB storage device I get no problems.

I have install the latest SnapAPI drivers.

Please advise?
