Backup fails since upgrade to TI 2010
I have been using True Image for several years & recently upgraded from True Image 11 to True Image 2010. The previous version worked flawlessly, but I used v2010 last night & it failed. (Log below).
My system: Windows 7 32bit Ultimate, SATA hard drive, backing up to USB hard drive over Firewire. Nod32 & Prevx security, ISA Firewall. Computer connected to SBS2003 server.
Regards
Nick

Same problem here.
I have yet to be able to create a good image with 2010. This problem is only occurring on my OS drive. All other HDD images are fine.
I am running Windows 7 - 64bit
I think 2010 may have a problem.
Here is my log, just in case it helps;

Hello all,
I understand the question and will do everything possible from my side to solve the issue.
First of all I would recommend you to check the partition for errors:
- Go to the Command Prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd);
- Enter the command:
chkdsk DISK: /r
where DISK is the partition letter you need to check. Please note, that checking the C: drive may require you to reboot the machine.
If the issue remains use the following KB article to download and install SnapAPI drivers.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Thank you.
