Backup to Network Drive fails

I am using True Image Home with a Western Digital My Book World Edition on my wireless network. I can see and select the drive when setting up backup, but backup fails with the message Error occurred while writing to file, browse to specify another location, retry, cancel. This network drive has a Public sector which does not require any authentication for a local user.
