Backup password not accepted via client

Thread needs solution

First posting not showing on forum.

Acronis client will not accept password to access Any backups including online ones. However if online backups are accessed via Acronis WEB site it is possible to access the online backups by using the same password used in the client. Also I am unable to delete one of the backups. The deleted backup is removed from the list an re appears about 30 seconds later.

Only when you need the backups you find out that you can not access them - wonderful!!

To ensure we (I) understand your question. You are using True Image Online, but you cannot access your online images using the seamless integration via the installed local client?

And second, you can log in to True Image Online via the web successfully, but cannot delete existing images?
