Backup of photos folder problem TI14

Thread needs solution

Backup of photos folder  is very  deeply nested in my backups\photos\tib\photos\C:\Users\username\Pictures. Inconvenient to open

Also there is no thumbnail on the icon, just the default photo logo so cannot see without opening what the photo is. Can this be fixed?

Perry, I am not sure what you are asking here?  Some of the depth of nesting is down to your choice of where to store your Acronis backup image (.TIB) files, and this is something that only you can control.

As to how your photos are shown, again, how are you looking at these?

You should be able to either double-click on your .TIB file and open it in Windows Explorer and then see your photos according to your Explorer View settings, i.e. set the view to large icons etc, or you can Mount the .TIB file to a spare drive letter and access it in that way in Explorer or in other applications.

There are no further fixes being released for ATIH 2014 as this has been out of support for some years now.  Only current versions of the True Image will receive fixes for identified software bugs / problems - this is limited to the 2016 and 2017 versions at this time.
