Backup previously ran; re-installed; now fails
I'm backing my Windows 10 laptop to a network drive. The last backup failed. I attempted to re-configure to the network drive, and the program failed (Windows indicated the program had stopped). I removed Acronis TI 15 and re-installed. I'm getting the same issues. (1) it does not see the network drive. (2) when I call-out the mapped drive explicitly the program fails.
An ideas to assist?

it does show there is no access to the network drive.
When attempting to access the target disk, try using the \\ as the start
Or, also look under settings other than network for the target disk.

Thank you Grover H. If that is a sign of no connectivity, I will concentrate on connectivity instead of Acronis software.
Yesterday I did two cold restarts. No joy. Today from a cold start everything functioned normally.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Vic

The picture does not show for sure whether it is connectivity or space issue. It shows 0 free of 0 GB.
It could be that the target disk is not connected or not being seen.
Either way, the issue appears to be that the target disk is not being accessess consistently.
