Backup refuses to start

Thread needs solution

Trying to backup up Outlook.pst and the backup refuses to start. No error messages, no warnings. Looked at log folder, nothing there. Removed script and recreated, still fails.

(Windows 10 64bit)

Ian, have you ever been able to backup your Outlook.pst file? 

Are you able to do a disks or partition backup that includes the Outlook.pst file?

What is the size of Outlook.pst and do you have sufficient free space for this on your target drive?

Which logs have you checked for this problem?

Please check for C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Logs\service_*.log files for the dates / times that this backup was attempted.  

Hi,

Yes I finally got it to work by turning off the 'missed backup' options. It appears that a backup was already in progress but nothing was happening. Once I unchecked those options the backup started up.
