Backup Stops on Drive Sector Error All The Time

When I start a backup with Acronis Backup 2015 *Build 6613) after 1/3 or more into the backup it stops on the error 'Bad sector on disk - Abort or Skip -

If I hit skip all the backup continues.

Am I hurting the backup and will I be able to recover files or disk backup later on ?
