Backup Time - Black Armor NAS

I recently updated from 2013 to 2015 and am perplexed with the ridiculous backup time taking with 2015. 2013 used to take approx. 1.5 hrs to backup my 150Gb laptop hard drive to my Black Armor NAS 220. 2015 takes more than 7+ hours to backup the same data to the same place. This is not an incremental backup, I always perform a total backup each time.

I tried backing up to a local USB 2.0 external portable drive I have and the backup time was approx. 1.4 hrs.

Any idea what the problem is or if there are other settings that need to be changed? Has anyone else experienced this problem? Can I go back to 2013 someway??

So far not that impressed with the new user interface of 2015 either.
