Backup validation with context menu entry
Hallo,
I have stored several backup images on my NAS. With windows explorer I can reach them over network environment or over a network share name. If I then choose a backup file, right mouse click and choose "True Image->archive->validate", UAC prompst for running "True Image", but the program could not validate the file. I terminate true image, restart it and the backup image was added to backup list. I try open folder of backup, but nothing happens. Once again I finish true image and now backup folder pops up. Next I restart true image again, set the account informations for network access and after "connecting" the name of the backup file is disappearing in backup list, only "\\" is displayed. I remove backup from list, add it over "search for backups" and now I could validate. But adding another backup file to backup list, true image at once prompts "backup invalid", although no validation process for this file was started.
True Image 2013 was new installed some days ago using also acronis cleanup tools!
Why can I not validate with context menu from windows explorer? Is there a bug in true image regarding context menu (I found many threads in forum with search key "context menu")? With local stored backup files this happens not.
