backup won't run
I have a SSD I am attempting to back up to another non-SDD on my computer. I am using Windows 7 64-bit. I am using Acronis True Image Home 2010 Standard Upgrade #7046. Below is the log I have captured.
This means nothing to me. I've tried searching the forum for the various codes but nothing seems to work.

Hello Stephen,
Let me assist you.
The error message you have in the log file "Failed to create volume snapshot" indicates that there's either some errors on your hard drive or Acronis SnapAPI module acts incorrectly.
Please dow the following to fix the issue:
1. Could you please check the disks for errors?
- Go to the Command Prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd)
- Enter the command: "chkdsk DISK: /r"
where DISK is the partition letter you need to check. Please note, that checking the C: drive may require you to reboot the machine.
2. If chkdsk didn't find any errors on your hard drive, please update Acronis SnapAPI drivers, reboot and try to back up again. I have sent you a link to the updated drivers via Private Messages.
If the issue still persists, please collect AcronisInfo and submit a support request.
Please reply to this thread if you have any additional questions.
Thank you.
