Backups are failing because they cannot access folders that they should not be trying to get to.

Thread needs solution

I created a new disk backup schedule. Apparently it tries to access a folder on the server, because it claims that it failed because "Failed to exclusively access backup \\Sgcs01\f\ServerFolders\Users\BobBernard\Backups\Bob_Data_Drive_inc_b2_s31_v1.tib during consolidation. Make sure the backup file is not opened in other applications." There is no reason that it should be trying to access that file. The backup location is a local external drive. there are no files on the server that it should back up.

The log files show 4 error points. these are the error codes associated with them:
-Event code: 0x01E50017+0x00040007+0x0000FFF0+0x8007052E
-Event code: 0x000B03E9+0x01E50006+0x01E50017+0x00040007+0x0000FFF0+0x8007052E

You say you created a new backup schedule, was the old schedule to the location you specified above? If so, did you just stop using this backup location without deleting the backup schedule? Did you delete the backup files associated with the old schedule and if so how did you delete them? Did you use the ATI app to delete them or did you use say Windows Explorer?
