Backups cannot be created, restored or even validated
Hey everyone, I just went to restore a backup to a folder and got this message: (see attachment "error") and I have never seen this type of thing before, and now I cannot restore, create or validate any of my backups., they all give this error.
I checked the knowledge base and it said it could not find any info on this error.
Thank God I can open the archives, which are there where they are supposed to be, and retrieve my data!!
I have also made a system report if needed.
thanks for any help on this.

Hey Grover thanks for the help man,
I tried that cleanup utility and it said "OS not supported", so I uninstalled TI 15 and Disk Director and just reinstalled TI 15, it worked as I was able to make some backups of important folders, but now every time I shut down it tells me "ATI is completing operations system will shut down in 2 minutes", but then it just shuts down like normal. no backups are scheduled. It just feels like something is wrong.
I am using version 6613
is there a cleanup utility for windows 10 64bit?
thanks man

Tell me more about your tasks. When do you want the backups to occur? Are these to occur at a scheduled time; or are you running these manually and not scheduled?
Is this a files only backup or a partition or disk backup.
Is this backup a FULL only, or full with incremental or full with differential?
I am understanding this to be Windows 10 plus TrueImage 2015.

Hey Grover, these are several different folder backups to several locations all scheduled at differing times, and some I do manually.
The scheduled backups happen about dinner time and right after I get home form work, all times that the PC is on and most of the time when it is not in use, any full system backups are not scheduled and I do them before going to sleep and set the program to shut down the PC when finished.
I did a clean install of windows 10 pro, but these same type of backups worked with no problem with Windows 8.1 before I formatted and installed windows 10.
I wonder if the problem could have been Disk Director 12? I saw in a post while searching that its not listed as being fully compatible with windows 10 and sometimes conflicts with TI 2015. Because I had to remove DD 12 too as it would not even start.
so far with DD 12 NOT installed TI 15 seems to be working again, and I did a traditional uninstall/reinstall.
Thanks for that link Berti, I'll check that out.
