Backups not recorded in the log - true image 2010

Thread needs solution

Acronis True image 2010, Windows 7 Pro.

My scheduled backups run. and email me a notice that they have. Nothing at all appears in the log, and the calendar is not marked red or green. The backup file seems to be OK, though I mean to do a full restore to check it out.

Backups are from C: and D: on board drives to external USB 2 terabyte drive.

Obviously, this is not a disaster, but I would like to have my software doing what it promises.

If I recall correctly, the calendar is only updated once a day. Restart the program and check the log files to see if they have been updated via the restart.
