Backups Starting to Fail- during validation says Archive is Corrupt

Seems it created the backup file successfully but then fails on the Validate

I previous removed the prior backup routine and backup files that I received this error message on from yesterday, I downloaded and installed the Updated Version of 2014 Premium but when I set up the backup routine and ran it- still got that failure message- see below
