BAD_POOL_CALLER (snapman.sys) BSOD

So, I plugged the USB backup drive into my laptop and started a backup today with True Image 2013... only to be treated to a BSOD saying "BAD_POOL_CALLER (snapman.sys)".

After googling around, I found out that there's a free upgrade for Windows 8.1 users to True Image 2014... so I upgraded to 2014, rebooted, started another backup, and got another BSOD.

Any ideas on how to stop this from happening?
