BartPE plugin for Acronis True Image Western Digital Edition

The current version of Acronis True Image (Western Digital Edition) does not come with a BartPE plugin. The documentation says to come to the Acronis website and download it. However, to do so requires registering a product using a serial number. The WD software has no serial number.
How can one obtain the plugin?
