Big problem with TrueImage Home 2009

Thread needs solution

Hello to everybody, this is my very first post on this forum.
I have a big problem with trueimage home 2009. My computer configuration is standard - asus p5p43td pro motherboard, intel e7400 cpu, 2x wd caviar black hd 500gb in raid1, 2GB ram, ati videocard. Using trueimage home 2009, i created the acronis secure zone (147gb space) and installed windows xp home on the c: partition (353gb). enabled that feature with f11 at windows boot and, for some reason, one day the operating system doesn't boot anymore (blue screen). i've restored the c: partition from a previous backup on usb disk, and accidentaly deleted the acronis secure zone.

question 1:
can i restore the PREVIOUS acronis secure zone ? there are some very important backups

question 2:
if "question 1" is not possible, can i recover from the c: partition previous files/folders with the same important data ?

this pc is used for job, no games or pesky programs were installed, just windows and two programs needed for my activities.

best regards,
Florin C.

Hello Florin,

I regret to inform you that it is impossible to restore previous Secure Zone by the means of Acronis True Image. I may suggest you to try any 3rd-party data recovery software.

Please accept our profound apologies for the inconvenience.

Thank you.
