Blue screen with ATI 2015 and Windows 10

Thread needs solution

Since I upgraded from windows 8.1 to windows 10, without new hardware or software, I had a once-twice a day a blue screen with an "unexpected kernel trap error".

Looking at the dmp file, it appears fltsrv.sys and snapman.sys from ATI files are involved.

Disabling the 3 ATI services in msconfig solved the problem. Restoring them lead to blue screen again.

I keep them off as I don't use any scheduler or anything in the background as I use ATI manually. However, if anyone as an idea how to fix it, I would appreciate.
I had no problem when under windows 8.1.
