Bluescreen due to snapman.sys with Win 7

Thread needs solution

Hi

I have Win 7 and True Image Home 2010, for a while it went fine but since a while I got several bluescreens and after analysing it with Windbg I saw that the file snapman.sys is resp. for it.
Googling this issue brings a lot of info but could not really help me.
Seems that re-installation of Acronsi does not bring anything...How can this problem be solved?
Can anyone pls help?

Most likely our software is conflicting with something else on your system. I would really appreciate if you can send me a private message with these 2 reports:

1. AcronisInfo.

2. Windows Mini-Dumps.

3. Please let me know the build number of Acronis True Image 2010 Home you are using.

I will analyze them and let you know why this issue occurs.
