Only if you want the latest version of the bootable Recovery disk. If the one you have is working fine for you, you can continue to use it.

While the old CD is still functional for old backups, you will need a new updated CD if you need to restore new backups. The old CD may work but I would not take the chance.

Ah, yes, I sort of glossed over the fact that you had already updated to the latest version of the Windows application. In that case, you should as Grover says also have the boot disk from at least the same version. It might not make a difference, as it's just a build update rather than a new version release, but better to be safe.
