Boot up PC stops after update Acronis True Image 2013 and Servicepack
I have windows 7, 64 bit on my computer. Also Acronis True Image 2013 and servicepack.
It all worked fine. When I boot up my computer in the bootscreen (black screen) Comes the message about Acronis Loader (in dutch) and after a few seconds (time to push F11 if I want to start up with Acronis) the computer boots up normaly. No problem.
Yesterday I get the message there is an update. I did the update.
Now my computer starts up and in the bootscreen (black screen) says :
Acronis-lader wordt gestart….}-}-}-}-}6c-|ê&t
(Acronis-lader wordt gestart is dutch).
And this message stays until a give an "enter".
So, everytime when I want to start my computer, I have to wait until the message comes with the strange accolades, to give an "enter" before the pc starts up.
Is this a bug in the update? Please I want to start up my computer normaly as before the update.

Your answer is very simple. Hihi. And I disabled the ASRM and my PC boots normaly. I tried to boot up with rescue media and it worked fine.
Thanks! Problem soved.

I would recommend that to everyone. I do not see the value of the Acronis Startup Recovery Manager. The bootable Rescue Media is available when needed, so I don't see any reason to allow the Acronis Startup Recovery Manager to modify the PC's boot.
Acronis Startup Recovery Manager adds complexity and risk without any real value over using the bootable Rescue Media. If activated, it modifies your system drive Master Boot Record (MBR), which can cause problems with multi-boot managers and other low-level disk utilities.
