Most likely, the Full Mode version of TI (based on Linux) doesn't include the drivers for the computer's controller.
If you're using internal drives, you could try the SafeMedia (Safe Mode) version of TI.
Another option is to download the ISO file from your Acronis account, create a CD from it, and see if it boots. It may be more updated than the one you can create using TI and it also boots to a different menu with common startup parameters for you to try.

As Mudcrab said, "Another option is to download the ISO file from your Acronis account .... "

Downloading recent TI 2010 build 6053 resolved the issue for me. I then created a new bootable CD using that build and it can now detect my drives.

Hello all,
Let me assist you with this situation.
j c, I have found the initial thread from you and responded to it, please check my reply for the instructions.
Another option is to download the ISO file from your Acronis account, create a CD from it, and see if it boots. It may be more updated than the one you can create using TI and it also boots to a different menu with common startup parameters for you to try.
Unfortunately, this option is available for N-1 versions only (backup & recovery and Echo family), so you won't be able to download the ISO from your account.
However, if you register the product at our website and write me a PM, I can assist you with the link to download.
Also, you are always welcome to ask me any other questions concerning Acronis, I would be glad to assist you further.
Thank you.
