bootable cd freeze and no bootable media tab in account

I know this topic has been before. But I have the problem that the bootable cd (H 2010) freezes by startup. Everybody is pointing to the ISOLINUX image. The problem is that I dont have a bootable media tab in my account! Do all Duch customers miss that tab? Can somebody help?
