Installed the lastest build , ATI home 2011 plus pack update3 (build 6942) .
Created bootable media cd . This bootable media will not load at startup,the older
version startup cd will?

Are you getting an error message?

Does the CD drive spin-up and try to read the CD?

Are you using the same CD media as the one that works? Some drives don't like certain brands/types.

Have you tried more than one CD? Sometimes there's a bad one.

Have you tried using the ISO file you can download from your Acronis account instead of creating it with TI? The download results in the same boot media. You would need a ISO capable burning program to use it. Windows 7 has built-in support for burning ISO files.
