BootCD doesn't backup to DVD -> says always disk is full, even with new/clean media
Hello,
my BootCD doesn't backup to DVD -> says always disk is full, even with new/clean media. Version 2012 does backup to DVD without problems. We've a Teac DV-W524GSB DVD+RW drive and we use DVD+RW dics. I tried to use CD-RW instead of DVD+RW and that just worked fine. But we don't won't to use CD's - so that's no solution.
2013 Home Boot CD
1 SSD HD
Backup of all 4 SSD partitions of this single HD
Options: FULL and compression High
Can anybody help me with this, I have tried several DVD brands, all of them work with TrueImage Home 2012?
Thank you
Mario

I can verify this happens on my system as well. Windows 7 64 bit with a Blu-Ray burner. No problem writing to any type of media with this drive in Windows. In Windows I can create the Acronis Rescue Media on a blank DVD-R with no problem. When booted to the Acronis Rescue Media, I am unable to write to DVD (using the same type/brand of blank DVD-R media). Always tells me the media is full. See attached log.

I've tried twice to open a chat session with support to get a resolution to this issue. never an answer. It's 01/31/2013. Why hasn't this been resolved. I've never had an issue with this in three previous versions. Can boot to Recovery Manager (TI 2013 b551) and create backup to external usb hdd, but always says disk full trying to backup to dvd-r, dvd+r to either of my writeable dvd drives. The documentation clearly states that this should be an option.
Acronis True Image 2013, b551 is installed on my Win 7 64-bit pc, but I want to make an offline backup of my system. What's up Acronis/Acronis Customer Service?
