Bought 2015 on June 7th 2015, now a new version comes out and I have to pay full upgrade, BS

Thread needs solution

Seriously! I bought on July 4th. I upgraded from 2013 to 2015. It's been a terrible experience. It doesn't work reliably and is a complete hassle. If I could get 2016 as a free upgrade I'd try it to see if it's better, but there's no way I'm handing over more money for 2016 because 2015 is the just about the worst backup software I've ever used.

If I can't reinstall 2013 it's time to find another product.

Acronis: fix your software instead of charging $29.99 for upgrades, which seem to be as likely as not to make things worse.

EDIT - Just checked the dates, I've missed it by just 6 days :( :( :(

Yeah, it sucks dude, I feel your pain.

I purchased ATI 2015 on 20th June with the belief that it would work with Windows 10. When I upgraded to Windows 10, ATI 2015 made by computer hang / freeze. When I removed it the computer became stable again. The most recent build is supposed be be compatible with Windows 10 - but instead of fixing the problem, Acronis have released a new version which you have to pay for. This is terrible.

I've been using Acronis disk imaging produce since August 2003.
I guess customer loyalty means nothing.

This is the first time in my 12 years that instead of fixing the issue with the produce, they are forcing you to pay for the fix by buying the newest version. May be it's time I used something else?
