Browser Freezing during backup

My browser (Chrome) under Windows 8.1 is constantly freezing every 10-20 seconds while a backup is running.

Build: 6525

For example, as I am typing this, the text on the screen just stops/freezes while I am still typing on the keyboard. Mouse still works but can't move anything in the browser.

One other piece of info.. When a page is loading in chrome, you can see the little swirly thing moving in the tab, this swirly thing even stops when this happens, it's full on browser freeze. This only happens when a backup is running with Acronis 2015.

There is of course lots more trouble shooting I can do such as try another browser etc.. Thing is, I don't want to spend tons of time troubleshooting a commercial product I paid good money for. I don't mind when it's free software but this is not.

I also have an open issue with support regarding the non-stop backup "stopping" all the time. The backup that freezes is a second hourly backup I put in place for now until they fix the so called non-stop backup which umm, well stops..

Seem like a cool product feature wise but if it can't complete a backup without stopping in the middle or makes my computer unusable while it's running, then it seems that it's not a usable product. With all these problems, it doesn't build much confidence in my mind that the backups will be any good if I ever really need to restore from them. Hope this gets better.

Just wanted to get a thread started to see if others with the same build are having this issue. I don't know yet if the whole PC is freezing during the time the browser freezes just yet, still trying to figure that out.
