BSOD and "bad pool header" issue

Hi -
Just recently upgraded to True Image Home 2010. I'm having problems with external drives now occasionally (sometimes often) giving me the stated painful crash. Digging online indicated drivers were often the culprit, and Acronis' name popped up a few times. Is there a way to check the minidump file to see if the Acronis upgrade is the source of the problem?
AFAIK there is no other software update in the same time frame that may have caused it. May have nothing to do with Acronis, but worth a try :)
