BSOD on Windows 7 - EXCEPTION_DIVIDE_BY_ZERIO tdrpm251.sys
I am experiencing Blue Screen of Death on Windows 7. The dump tells me that I am getting an EXCEPTION_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO in tdrpm251.sys. I have attached the Windows minidump. This exception only occurs when I have an active network session. If I disable my network adapter, I do not experience this problem. Let me know what else you need. John

I am getting a BSOD when I try to re-boot PC. Win7 x32 Professional.
Installed Acronis 10 Workstation (build 10.0.11105) and also AVG 8.5 or 9.0 anti-virus security suite full version.
It only crashes if both Acronis and AVG loaded. Each ok if loaded alone.
BSOD message IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Have to use Windows restore point to recover. It even BSODs getting to safe mode.
I have event logs, memory dump etc but not sure what to do.
Any ideas?

I got the BSOD with the same driver after loading TI 2010. I still haven't got the system to work after purchasing the upgrade. If you boot in safe mode and disable the two Acronis services and use msconfig to not start the two Acronis apps, the system will be stable. I use Symantec Endpoint (latest version). I will turn it off and see if that helps.
If you review the thread on Build 6029 and Windows 7, you will see a lot of people are having a problem with this latest version.

I am getting a bsod with tdrpm251.sys as well. I'm using acronis true image home 2009 with windows 7 64 bit ultimate. I just upgraded to windows 7 last week from vista. acronis is crashing my computer all the time now. I'm not sure what is causing the problem. I have include my dump file.

I am getting the same issue as everyone else, but mine just started now for some reason. Was there a fix from Acronis for this?

Hello all,
We're really sorry for the delay with the response and for the inconvenience caused by Acronis software.
Let me help you with the issue.
Most probably, the issue was caused by the traces of old SnapAPI drivers, so to fix it you need to update those drivers.
(!) Please be aware that the below driver is applicable only for Acronis True Image Home 2010, Acronis True Image 2009 officially is not compatible with Windows 7.
- Download SnapAPI Build 503;
- Unpack it and install with Disabled logging:
-
Reboot
Please let me know if the issue still persists or if you have any further questions.
Thank you.
