BSOD w/True Image 2013 and Plus Pack - points to snampman.sys - win7/64bit

Thread needs solution

After disabling & testing different drivers and running win verifier, I've narrowed it down to snapman.sys. Whenever I attempt to run a backup, I get a BSOD.

An memory dump is attached.

I've read others suggest to remove the driver snapman.sys but won't this disable the scheduling function.

I'm using win 7 the 64bit version.

What build of True Image are you using?

Has this suddenly started happening or is a brand new install?

Same Problem here in Germany too.
I am using True Image 2013build 6514 from 4.4.2013 with Windows 8 Pro 64 bit on a Dell PC. I get a sometimes a blue Screen starting the Computer.
Using the program BlueScreenView it Points to snapman.sys.
This Problem was not there using the old build before April 2013.
In the screenshot you can see the Problem.

Hi guys. I was just performing some tests here in my machine and would like to share the info so far...

True Image 2013

build 5551 - September 2012
snapman.sys version 4.4.0.1059
system crashes BSOD

build 5587 - December 2012
snapman.sys version 4.4.0.1059
system crashes BSOD

build 6514 - April 2013
snapman.sys version 4.5.0.2133
not tested yet on my machine, only VM.

Hope Acronis can help us.

I am having the same BSOD problem. I uninstalled the latest version and went back to 2012 build 5551 and the BSOD still happens at random times. I tried disabling snapman.sys in the registry, and that stopped the problem, but that is not a convenient solution. Having to disable and enable snapman followed by a reboot is a pain in the neck. I am going to dump ATI if they do not come up with a solution soon. The fact that this has persisted thru several versions is not a good sign. They seem not to be listening to their customers.

I am using Win 7 Pro 64 bit with all of the latest updates.
