Buggy frustration software
True image has been nothing but a headache for me. I'm purchased the 3 pc package and now I'm sorry I did. I'm running the version chain and about 1/4 of the time it fails for some reason. The log is incomprehensible gibberish and not helpful. Here is one example what I get when I save the log:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>

Also, although version chain is supposed to delete backups older than 1 month, it doesn't do that. They just keep accumulating.
I bought true image because of a favorable review in a computer mag, but it seems I was misled.
